Interior Villages Power Collaborative

This feasibility study, prepared by the University of Alaska Center for Economic Development and Alaska Energy Authority, evaluates the potential benefits of regional collaboration and provides recommendations for further study.

Regional Organizational Alternatives for TCC’s Independent Electric Utilities

This report builds off the shared services report. It establishes the baseline energy profiles for TCC’s 11 independent utilities. It describes the benefits of regional collaboration and outlines several organizational alternatives to capture the benefits of collaboration.

DRAFT BYLAWS for RIVER COLLECTIVE

In 2021, RIVER Collective will be convening interested members to refine the bylaws based on member feedback. This draft contains the latest version. The final version will be via an approved resolution of the Board of Directors.
