RIVER Collective is structured based on feedback from the independent utilities of Alaska’s interior. Specifically, membership in RIVER Collective:

1) Does not require Members to sacrifice their utility’s independence and self-governance

2) Does not replace any local jobs or reduce local pay. Rather, it empowers the local workforce and rewards high-performing utility workers.
